In der schönen Rappachgasse in Simmering (Nähe U3 Enkplatz) entsteht ein Kultur-, Arbeits- und Wohnprojekt mit politischem Anspruch. Das über 3000m² große Grundstück beherbergt schon jetzt Büros, Ateliers, Proben- und Seminarräume sowie die dazugehörige Infrastruktur. Der hier angesiedelte Betrieb „CRAP – creatives at Rappachgasse“ stellt zwei teilweise bereits ausgestattete Räume zur Einzel- oder gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Da wir uns momentan im Aufbau befinden, bieten wir ab sofort die Möglichkeit, diese kurz- und mittelfristig (bis Ende 2022) anzumieten. Wir wohnen und wirtschaften hier solidarisch und gemeinwohlorientiert, denn wir sind Teil von SchloR (siehe auch habiTaT, das Mietshäuser Syndikat in Österreich). Sowohl professionelle als auch Hobbyprojekte sind herzlich willkommen!
Diese beiden Räume stehen inklusive WCs, gemeinschaftlicher Teeküche und Außenbereich umsatzsteuerpflichtig zur Vermietung (Fotos im Anhang):
Büro/Atelier mit 11,5m² = 160€/Monat (warm+USt)
Büro/Atelier 29m² = 400€/Monat (warm+USt)
Die Mietpreise sind für Vollzeit-Nutzer:innen gedacht und können bei verringertem Bedarf auch angepasst werden. Zusätzlich gibt es folgende Räumlichkeiten für kurzzeitige Anmietungen (Nutzung+Konditionen auf Anfrage):

At Rappachgasse in Simmering (U3 Enkplatz), a political self-organized cultural and housing project is coming to life. The property is about 3000m² and already hosts office spaces, arts and crafts studios, rehearsal- and meeting rooms (necessary infrastructure included). The organization „CRAP – creatives at Rappachgasse“ is currently subletting two partly furnished rooms, suitable for single or collective use as offices or studios. Since the site is still partly under construction, we are looking for temporary usages (until the end of the year max.). We live and work on the premises under the common goal of solidarity and common good – being part of SchloR (also see habiTaT, the equivalent of Mietshäuser Syndikat in Austria). We welcome both professional and lay workers!
These two rooms include bathroom and common space kitchen and are for VAT-return renters:

Prices are for fulltime users and can be adapted according to needs, e.g. in case of shared workspace. Also available for short-time rent are our other spaces (type of use+prices upon request):
